Ø      Open Discussion: Questions, comments, concerns, issues:

o       Calzones more often in the Dining Hall

o       Soft Pretzels in retail

o       Meal Combinations in Donnelly Café – Adding a hot plate for an additional items

o       Facebook and Social Media – To tentatively launch in March

Ø      New Dining Plan Options Discussed by Steve Sansola

o       Students desire more options, transparency, and change. Through research and focus groups they were able to come up with new dining plan options and service changes.

§         New plan offers freedom and options

§         Diverse meal plans

o       Late Night Dining Option – NEW

§         Monday-Thursday 8pm-10pm

§         Offerings Include: Cereal, soup, deli, pasta, desserts, and ice-cream – more limited evening offerings.

o       Platinum Plan - $2,025/semester – Unlimited access including the late night option

o       Access by # of meals

§         120 Meals and $490 Thrifty cash for $1,430/semester – GOLD revised

§         60 Meals and $270 Thrifty cash for $750.00/semester – SILVER revised

§         30 Meals and $190 thrifty cash for $432.50/semester – BRONZE revised

§         15 meal and $150 thrifty cash for $275.00 – Apartment Option

o       No A la Carte – Late night option is the selling point for upperclassmen.

o       Flexible and reloadable throughout the semester if you run out and need any more.

o       Plan of Implementation:
