Station – A favorite among the students
o Last year they had 6 sauces and this year
there are 2 sauces.

are 1 or 2.
o Desired sauces include: pesto, meat sauce,
marinara sauce, butter, penne a la vodka, etc…

These
flavors are alternated but they would like to see them all at the same time for
more choices.
o Would like to see more wheat pasta –

half size bin of wheat pasta every day

to let people know that it’s there.

rice should be out all the time at the vegan station.

Meeting – comments from the students
o Peanut Allergies –

need to make food servers aware of switching gloves if they have a sensitive
allergy, even if the actual food being prepared does not have any nuts
involved.

and/or supervisor.

nights to accompany them so the same things are served in different variations.

o Broken quite frequently and does not produce
ice cream as soft as it should be.
o Should maybe invest in a new machine.
