Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy. We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine.

At the newly renovated Dining Hall you will find more of everything: more seating, more foods cooked to order, more daily menu variety and more fantastic views of the Hudson River.

Plan ahead with the Interactive Dining Hall Menu for 12/15 that list everything we will be serving from Monday through Sunday, and let you view nutritional information for each item. Make things easy! Print out our Dining Hall and Campus Cafés service schedules and pin them at your desk, so you always know when it's time to eat.

 

Food Allergies & Special Diets

Marist Dining Services accommodates all students with medically diagnosed food allergies or medically prescribed diets. We do this in many ways. Ingredients for all foods served in the dining hall are clearly listed on the station menus. If a student is unsure about any item we are serving, staff will talk directly to the chef that prepared the dish to determine exactly what ingredients were used and how it was prepared. This is one way we strive to empower students to feel comfortable utilizing as many dining hall food stations as possible. We also serve gluten-free pizza and pasta in the dining hall.

In addition, we maintain a swipe-access-only My Zone special diets kitchen. Only students who have a medically diagnosed food allergy or medically prescribed diet are given access to the My Zone kitchen. These students also sign an agreement that they will abide by all of the My Zone kitchen rules, aimed at preventing cross contamination. My Zone is a gluten-free, peanut and tree-nut free area reserved for people with allergies and other special diet needs.

Inside the My Zone kitchen we stock special foods to accommodate the cohort of students who are using the space. These are mostly breads, breakfast foods, snacks and desserts. They may be egg free, soy free, dairy free, etc. depending upon the needs of the students in any given year.

We also serve a 7-Allergens-Free hot lunch and dinner inside the My Zone kitchen. This meal is free of dairy, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, eggs and shellfish. Students can swipe into the kitchen, serve themselves a hot meal, and then return to the dining hall to sit with their friends to eat, all in the same amount of time it will take those friends to assemble their own meals in the dining hall.
